MCPA Diflufenican

MCPA Diflufenican herbicide controls weeds such as capeweed, wild radish, sheep thistle, crassula, fumitory, mintweed and sorrel.

Description

Cost effective control of young weeds in emerging and existing ryegrass pastures

MCPA Diflufenican herbicide controls weeds such as capeweed, wild radish, sheep thistle, crassula, fumitory, mintweed and sorrel. MCPA Diflufenican offers broadleaf weed control in grass and clover pastures and is especially useful for newly sown pastures when weeds are small. Increase the rate as weed size increases or as the season progresses into winter

MCPA Diflufenican may result in transient crop yellowing and suppression of growth with a resultant initial reduction in dry matter, particularly at rates in excess of 500 mL/ha and in areas of double spray. For this reason application is recommended prior to the 8th trifoliate leaf stage. However, at the lower rates (500 mL/ha and less) and under normal growing conditions, subsequent growth and seed yield should not be affected.
