Description
USA Red Clover is a general short term red clover (2-3 years) legume with most of the growth occuring in summer and autumn. USA Red Clover is a broadly adpated clover suited to well drained, fertile, slightly acid to neutral soils. USA Red performed best in temperate areas.
USA Red Clover is ideal in a summer forage mix with summer grasses, legumes and herbs, such as our Top Crop Blends or Multi Species Blends. It’s a great companion species with it demonstrating an upright growth habit.
